We utilize multiple treatment modalities including TF-CBT, DBT, HAES, Intuitive Eating, Existentialism, Parts work (IFS), Psychodynamic, and eclectic options. Holistic Healing Services Holistic services mean we treat the whole person including the body and the energy surrounding the body, the energetic fields the body creates, and the anxieties of the mind. Reiki and Guided meditation can help center the body and mind, help someone become more present, and support deeper healing. Intuitive painting is a chance to tap into your creativity. Using energy healing and crystal attunement participants will be able to begin the process of re-discovering the creative in us all. Clinical Supervision Their supervision style comes from a place of compassion and empathy with a focus on strong boundaries and honing clinical skills and practice. In supervision, supervises will have the opportunity to make response art, discuss current clinical and professional issues, consult on cases and receive further education on the populations they work with. Both individual and group supervision is available. We offer supervision toward licensure in CT State for the LPC, REATs and ATR. Regardless of the position, they work to bring a level of empathy and understanding to their clients where they can feel like they are being seen and heard, witness in their most vulnerable moments. Their current specialties include fat and body activism, complex trauma, and eating disorder treatment. They ran a nationally-funded Eating Disorder Treatment Facility and have worked across all levels of care including RTC, PHP, IOP, and OP. Wednesdae is also a professor at Moravian University, an HPiT Co-Chair with GLMA, and a board member with Prism Counseling & Advocacy.
