Eating Disorder & Body Image Healing.
We believe all bodies are beautiful! We believe that being body positive is hard in a world that is racist, fat-phobic, transphobic, ageist, ableist, classist, sexist, the list goes on. Our culture sells us one-size-fits-all in bodies that can never fit that space. We can build an authenticity that transcends through HAES, Intuitive Eating, Meal Coaching, Anti-Diet work, DBT, Somatics, and Art Therapy.
Joy.
Feeling at home in one's authentic self, feeling safe, secure, valid, and loved both internally and externally can bring the GREATEST JOY and the biggest struggle. We believe IN you and you have it in you to be your most magical self. Joy in all its forms is here waiting for you.
Affirming Care.
We don’t just believe in affirming care; we have experienced it and believe in your ability to be YOU. Having walked this journey personally and with many clients, we value the deep connection of the therapeutic relationship and what it brings.
